What is NXR?

NXR is a competitive regional cross country race with the potential to advance to nationals in Portland, OR. St. Louis Park Cross Country Club Team has participated since 2017 in the Heartland Regional race. Anyone interested in extending their season an extra week beyond the State meet is welcome to attend. This is outside of the regular cross country season, so parent support and organization is needed to make this possible. This is a fun, fast course making it a great opportunity to PR.

Cost

Projected costs for participation. As we determine the number of participants and additional details, we will share an exact cost.

Race: $40 (includes entry fee, goodie bag with hat)

Hotel: 4 runners per room, breakfast included ~ $40 per person

Pasta Party: $20

NXR Uniform: ~ $30

Additional Costs: 2-3 meals while traveling, optional NXR merch

Total: Approximately $130

HOw do I participate?

• Notify XC Captains of your interest
• Complete the St. Louis Park XC Registration Form & NXR Waiver
• Turn forms and money in to XC Captains. Check or Venmo acceptable.

Parents

We need chaperones! Parents drive groups of athletes to Sioux Falls, chaperone the hotel time and make sure athletes are supported during the race.
